* is there any way you can reformulate the bio2rdf:subType to rdf:type /ns/geneid:protein-coding?
* change bio2rdf:xKeggGene predicate to bio2rdf:xKegg
* change bio2rdf:xPubMed predicate to bio2rdf:xPubmed

* ontology currently contains bio2rdf:xTaxonomy not bio2rdf:xTaxon - please comment
