[Bio-bwa-help] Why e is not corrected in lazy f loop in function ksw_u8?

In ksw_u8 in ksw.c, the comment says "// NB: we do not need to set E(i,j)
as we disallow adjecent insertion and then deletion"
I cannot understand this - -.
I wrote a python demo by calc all point in the matrix but get different
result.
