Initial version in CVS

I've uploaded the initial version to the sf.net CVS server!
The code is far from complete/optimal but the following features are already there:
- downloading from usenet server
- decoding of yEnc binaries
- importing nzb files (drop them on the application)
- searching thru the binIndex webservice (see http://www.binindex.com\)

Also, the code to verify/repair files thru PAR2 is included, but it's not accessible thru the program yet. (For now it's a stand alone part of the code base.)
