#1 PAR2 code integration

The code that can verify/repair files using PAR2
algorithm is already in the code base, but it is not
accessable thru the program.
A new tab could be created where the user can drop a
PAR2 file. The rest should be similar to the QuickPar
functionality (verification/repair only).
