[binarycloud-dev] jpeg generator

I might be creating a JPEG generator in php and was wonder if it would be of
use to BinaryCloud. The generator would take text and overlay it onto an
existing jpeg or create a new one. This would allow for pretty printing of
data. You can use a high quality logo and different fonts. You can do this
with the PDF library, of course, but the commercial license starts at $500.

Is there an exiting class that performs these functions?
Should it be included in BinaryCloud?
