Talking about SubVersion, did you noticed Tigris.org?  It looks like it
could do what Sourceforge does except that it seems cleaner.  If you want
to host Sourceforge in a machine of yours it requires major Linux hacks and
it is very hard to put it to work.  Has anybody tried to host Tigris on
machine of you own?
