This i the one I'm currently trying.  I haven't managed to get the Debugger 
set up (no instructions), there's bugs in the syntax highlighting, the 
auto-complete doesn't work with the current PHP manual... you'd think that 
the number of people using PHP would mean a huge project at SourceForge to 
make a Windows/Mac(?)/Linux editor, but everyone seems to want to work on 
their own little project, and none of them get far :-(
