[binarycloud-dev] r2 make

[Faine, M. <Mar...@ms...>]

I couldn't find much instruction on doing make for r2. Just thought I'd
check it out.
 
At first I couldn't get it to do anything so I edited makefile.in and added
the current dir (/home/mfaine/www/r2/binarycloud) as BCHOME.
 
this is what I get when I run make:

in base
in core
in bldr
in init

anybody?  Also, will I have any problem using/installing bc on a hosted
site, are there configuration differences I need to be aware of?
