Yeah, I installed cygwin and it works fine, is this a shell command? 

$ set BCHOME=c:/usr/r2/cygwin/binarycloud/
or 
$ BCHOME=c:/usr/r2/cygwin/binarycloud/
doesn't give an error, but then why I try to make I get a bunch of errors:

Seems like I am not setting the environment variable correctly...
