Urghhh... I feel lame asking this question. BUT what does one need to do in
order to get a basic install. I tried going into the binarycloud dir and
typing "make", but the errors seem to imply I need to do more than that ;-)

Also, does anyone have any good references to URLs, etc that explain
Makefiles and how to use them - especially in a context as it may apply to
r2.

As you can probably tell, I don't really understand r2 yet (or anything that
deals with make), but I'm convinced it's really worth learning. So any help,
pointers, etc would be most appreciated. Thanks!
