I've posted a rip of my working directory at:

click "binarycloud r2 shell" to get the tarball.

what works:

Init
Page (enough to load a module, this is not "real" code)

sample module

user/mod/hello_world/HelloWorld.php
this is a class with 2 methods:
    Init
    Output

for the, uh, brave, you're welcome to play around with this... everything
but init is funky :)
