[binarycloud-dev] viewing xslt and xml

Maybe I am an idiot, but I can't seem to view the form that was included in a zip 
files several messages ago. I am on an W2K box and never got bc1 running on it, but 
got it on Linux great. So I am waiting for my chance to install bc2 on my Linux 
box, but in the mean time trying to figure out the xslt example. 

Is there any way to view this form right away? When I open it in IE it is just the 
element hierarchy, or is that really all there is, then it gets translated in HTML 
somewhere later down the line?
