I'm building a list of packages we need from cygwin, and I think it's
complete.

The download I did was 7.7MB:

(Ronald, I've "pasted" this list into your WIN32 file.)

Note that the above is _much_ more that binarycloud actually needs, but it's
all good stuff that's nice to have around.

The _full_ cygwin download is pretty serious: Postgres, CVS, etc. No wonder
the whole shebang is 50M, I'm actually surprised it's that small :)
