[binarycloud-general] Resources organization

Hi,

Im not quite sure how to organize the resources wihtin the bc tree. Is there
a "standard" way to go?

Where do I put resources that are required by modules?

I'm a bit courious. One possibility for each site:

/resources/css
/resources/js
/resources/images/general/*           < used by masters, layouts
/resources/images/binarycloud/*     < by stuff
/resources/images/module_foo/*     < module specific
/resources/images/module_bar/*

What do you think?
