independent. I mean generate "phpant"-code that does not depend on

also useful for other people doing development in php.

I completely agree. I was thinking about doing that with the current make,
but hadn't mentioned it because we're moving along building the second gen
stuff...
but I agree: if we're going to do it we might as well make it a separate
project and do it properly. :)
