Note that the above is _much_ more that binarycloud actually needs, but it's
all good stuff that's nice to have around.
The _full_ cygwin download is pretty serious: Postgres, CVS, etc. No wonder
the whole shebang is 50M, I'm actually surprised it's that small :)
