make sure that you are using binarycloud/build/lang_code/htdocs as your
docroot, not binarycloud/user/htdocs/
there aren't really installation docs yet, though there will be - mostly
because the installation process is still evolving and it seems futile to
try and keep up until I'm satisfied that it's basically final.
