This tool is a new implementation for Win32 API and Linux. It replaces old DOS based Win16 tool.

Great initiative! Some comments: The command line parameters are not 100% compatible with the old original version. In the old version you could add the input file before the parameter switches. The old version also used the complete bin file if you didn't specify it's size. This version sets the input size to zero of you don't set the -L flag.
