The developers are nowadays camped at https://gitter.im/senaite/Lobby, 
and you'll probably get helped there quicker. I get the feeling that 
mailing lists are heading into the sunset with the onset of very 
efficient messaging (Slack, Gitter) and online forums (Discourse etc.)
