[bika-dev] Unable to import bulk Analysis Request Data

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have tried to import the attached CSV file in the "Import Bulk Analysis Request Data" section but the following error appears:

Client name: value is invalid (None).
Client ID: value is invalid (client-15).

Despite the fact that my CSV file contains valid Client name and Client ID.

And, the other field-values entered are not displayed as well. All the values appear blank when I try to import the attached CSV.
