#1 Uninstall Problem

Windows XP Installation of the application will not
uninstall from the Add/Remove programs Control Panel
option. The application is presented in the list with a
change and remove button. When I click the remove,
the highlighting blinks once and does nothing, no launch
dialog, no removal. Help?
