#4 empty pile in montana displays anomaly

Game is Montana, with green image background: the re-deal \"pile\" should be green at all times, even when there are no more deals (an \"x\" background). however, usually upon having won a previous game, if you restart Montana, the pile will change to a grey colour for all subsequent re-deals. When there are no more re-deals, the entire pile disappears (no image, no grey).
