#192 bb_start wants a root password before loading uxmon-asroot

Using bs0.99b2

Upon attempting to run bigsister as an non-privileged
user, the program appears to lock up when it tries to
read the uxmon-asroot file. What's actually happening is
that bb_start is requesting the root password in the
background after loading the uxmon-asroot file.

If it is absolutely necessary to enter a root password
when starting the bigsister daemon, it would be nice to
see a message displaying that the program requires it,
as well as a prompt.
Personally though, I'd rather not have to worry about
entering root passwords unless I really had to.
