Bigram Table Generator / Blog: Recent posts

Made a few updates to the documentation files and added a checksum file.

Bigram ver. 3.1 program is now released to the World. I've added a few new features. I've added command-line options to allow printing of the tables and the Interactive mode is now used to encrypt and decrypt a message using the generated tables. Execute the program with the -h option to see a list of options. A couple of screedshots have been included to show its operation on Windows and Linux.
