Non-blocking hash joins are currently only used when a limit is specified.
When using a query that has subqueries or sub-groups, blocking hash joins
can cause the query to take more time to the first result but less time
overall.  If you want to enable the non-blocking hash joins, you can
probably just specify a large LIMIT.
