Joakim,

I pushed a blazegraph-samples branch out on github that has the POM
examples for the 2.0.0-RC1:
https://github.com/SYSTAP/blazegraph-samples/tree/2.0.0_maven/.  It's still
a work in progress as there are some example test failures, but it should
give you a good example of including the bigdata-runtime and then the
external dependencies.
