Perhaps I jumped too quickly to thinking jetty was my issue. From 
bigdata-1.3.4.jar from the maven repository, the HTML files are in bigdata-
war/src/html, but in the bigdata.war from 
http://sourceforge.net/projects/bigdata, the HTML files are in the root.

Is it possible start the nanosparql server from the maven libraries? Do you 
have a working pom, or maybe a page on the wiki that shows how to start the 
nanosparql server from the maven resources? I'd love to find a bigdata-
nanosparql artifact somewhere.
