[Bigdata-developers] push of updated maven artifacts for 1.4.0

There were two mistakes with the initial maven artifacts for 1.4.0.

- java 8 was used to compile the jar
- the maven pom incorrectly specified the older version of openrdf (2.6.10).

Both have been fixed and the updated version pushed to our maven repository.
