Our use case is sufficiently similar to:
"named graphs that are used by all of your customers and that you want to store once and then access from each customer"


It sounds like we should proceed with what we are currently doing, which is a little clunky, and simply note an enhancement request at this point: to be able to "see" some named graphs from one namespace in a different namespace.
