[Bigdata-developers] REST API default URL

I have updated the documentation on the REST API wiki page [1] to indicate
the presence of the "bigdata" context path in the web application since
1.3.1.

http://localhost:port/*bigdata*

The "bigdata" context path was not consistently present prior to this
release.  This was fixed when we moved to jetty 9.1 and cleaned up the
jetty deployment model.
