[Bigdata-developers] Loading RDF into bigdata using sesame HTTP API

I wanted to benchmark bigdata. In bigdata's getting started guide (

) its written to learn sesame first. I learnt sesame using HTTP API
(employing tomcat). But I am unable to understand how to load rdf
quads/provenance/triples into bigdata using sesame HTTP API. I am new to
sesame and bigdata. So, can someone please help me with this?
