[Bigdata-developers] Switch to using RDFFormat.NQUADS

Hi all,

Sesame 2.6.6 was released in the last 24 hours. It contains an NQuads
format constant, RDFFormat.NQUADS, that could be useful in unifying
the 4 or so different Rio parsers, as the first step to getting nquads
into the upstream sesame distribution [1]. I am currently trying to
get Sesametools and Any23 to standardise on RDFFormat.NQUADS, and it
would be nice to get BigData into the mix as well to make the nquads
parsers interoperable/interchangeable.
