fax number, email body will be faxed to that number. Rich Text needs
software HQFax2K. Sending fax

is not automatic in HQFax2K.

Summary:
A lot of broadcasting fax service out there, mostly commercial. Aboves
sites are all with charge

except TPC, so it's the only choice for the time being. Need to write
some code to send email from

out website.
