I was wondering if you have a way to use a different %java_home%, I have specified this as c:\program files\jdk and changed this in tomcat41\conf\jk\workers.profile but I cant figure out where else I need to change this.... because after I delete the j2sdk141 tomcat wont start up....I dont really need another instance of java running on my computer so if you could help me this would be great. Thanks.

In the Regestry the value of %JavaHome% is set.
Check please here:
HKEY_LOCAL_MASHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Session Manager \ Environment \ JAVA_HOME
Here the Path is registered by "JDKXX".
I need this value here, so that the service "Tomcat" works correctly.
