Checking in an update to HISPID 5 that: (a) Links to the production version of ABCD 2.06b rather than the DEV version that existed at the time HISPID 5 was being developed; (b) cleans up some minor syntax errors in the extension where whitespace was a part of the value for a controlled vocabulary item, e.g. "foo blah " => "foo blah"; and (c) made other minor syntax and spelling corrections.
