#7 Change default locality icons to circle

Change locality icons to different coloured circles with
black borders to indicate different species or differnt
herbaria on the display.

Arrange for each participantn to consistently use the
same colour from map query to map query

Indicate decreasing precision of locality estimation with
circles of (arbitrarily) increasing size depending on (say
5) classes of precision.
