#6 Interface implementation consolidation

Implement the 'best' aspects of each AVH instance
(NSW, PERTH, AD, MEL, CANB) into a single
consolidated product and reinstall in each site to
achieve a common look and feel to the AVH at each
server/portal.
Agree on minimal set of interface material that will sit on
each server and that which can be accessed remotely.
Agree an implement an area of the interface that is
available for local badging (logos, links etc.) to identify
which server is being used.

The request applies to all of introductory, support, query
and results pages.
