3 different popup menus can come up depending upon which of the 3 images is right clicked
- 1. PET image
- Auto Level - the gray scale adjusts according to the slice currently displayed. For studies with SUV, it goes to a fixed SUV = 5
- Brain - enabled only for studies with SUV, sets a fixed SUV = 10
- Slice max - In Edit Options set the Slice max factor. This chooses the current slice max * factor.
- Fused - disabled when MIP is not active. Shows the fused image.
- Attenuation corrected - shows the attenuation corrected image (default)
- Uncorrected - shows the PET data with no attenuation correction
- 3 PET - opens a new window where the axial, coronal and sagitial images are displayed.
- Alternate ROI - chooses the 2nd ROI type from Options
- Inverse - color scale is black on a white background
- Gray scale - color scale is a white on black background
- The blues - blue type color scale on black background
- Hot iron - yellow red color scale on black background
- Use source - use the same color scale as the source. This allows the attenuation corrected and uncorrected to have different color scales. (The source is set on the Fiji menu using Image -> Lookup Tables. Alternatively, you may use a fixed LUT as described in Options.)
- 2. CT image
- Chest-Abdomen - this is the default value
- Lung
- Liver
- Bone
- Brain-Sinus
- 3 CT - opens a new window where the axial, coronal and sagitial images are displayed.
- MRI - enabled when there is MRI data. Show the MRI data instead of CT.
- 3. MIP image
- Use PET gray scale - normally the MIP has its own gray scale. This allows it to track the PET gray scale.
- Reprojection - replace MIP by a rotating image generated by reprojecting the data at 16 angles.
- Use PET source LUT. See above Use source. The PET source image LUT is used.
- Improve resolution - extends 16 frame MIP to 32 frame MIP. See Save MIP.
- 3. Fused image (when MIP is not pressed)
- 50-50 mix - resets the slider bar to the middle position where the PET and CT have equal weight.
- 3 fused - opens a new window where the fused axial, coronal and sagitial images are displayed.
- The blues, Hot iron and Use source as described above in PET image.
