There is a set of Look Up Tables which has been collected to make the Pet Ct Viewer be more compatible to whatever software package you are used to using. In the source forge there is a complete list, so that you may include whatever is of interest to you. See color demo and add new table demo

These LUTs may be tried one at a time by downloading into Fiji.app -> luts. The new table will now appear in the Fiji menu: Image -> Lookup Tables. The problem is that this is a very long list and doesn't need to be weighted down further by additional LUTs which are basically of no interest to you. Personally, I would even go further and make an offline folder like Documents->extraLUTs and cut and paste the Fiji defined LUTs which are of no interest to me.
There is another function which may help you decide if a given LUT is of interest or not. Use Image -> Color -> Display LUTs and you will see the file names and the LUTs which they represent.
If you find find a particular LUT which is good for you, please tell me ilan.tal-at-gmail.com and I will update this page. Either use the manufacturer, e.g. Siemens or General if the LUT is useful for any manufacturer. This may help others to choose interesting LUTs.
