Take the latest CVS snapshot please. 1.3.17 is outdated.

I worked on the CVS in the last year: after changes of the layout at
the ebay servers.

The latest version (CVS) should work -- at least the watching and
logging ability of articles. I don't use the bidding feature, so I'm
not able to speak about it.

I'm not aware of active developing on new features.

I'm just fixing/maintaining it, if the layout changes and the parsing
needs some fixes.
