When there are major ebay changes that break bidwatcher, I tend to be quicker about the release. When it is just features and bugs fixed, I usually ask the list for people to try and have as of late been providing a pointer to http://bidwatcher.sf.net/bidwatcher-cvs.tar.gz which is pulled hourly from CVS.
