#31 Feature Request: execute command at events

Hello!

This is just a feature request.

I'd like to be able to execute a command when certian
events happen. Like, when an auction has x minutes
left, you can have bidwatcher execute a command to play
a sound. Or when a snipe has taken place, an e-mail is
sent.

Just a thought.
