Category: None Group: None Status: Open Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: nattyjc (champo) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: prefix for unique digit in autofile format Initial Comment: I name my citekeys e.g. McCracken2008, McCracken2008a, and my autofile formats match. When I associate multiple files with a single pub, I'd like to have them named McCracken2008.pdf McCracken2008-0.pdf McCracken2008-1.pdf etc. (I don't want to use a unique letter or digit without a separator, because most citekeys end with digits and some end with letters already.) The above is not currently possible, because it requires a separator (here, a hyphen) that's only used if a unique digit is required. I don't want any pdfs to be named McCracken2008-.pdf If a generic separator choice isn't possible, at least hyphen and underscore would be good options.
