#906 Make attached files follow cross-reference logic.

Currently, if a parent in a cross-reference pair contains links to a file, that file does not show up as the child's linked file. I understand one reason why that is the case: a parent file will often contains more than the portion of the file that belongs to a child. (E.g., the child is p. 24-47 of a parent that has 100 pages). However, the current behavior also means that when searching and finding the child, one doesn't necessarily realize that the file of the parent exists, which seems to me a greater loss. Would it be possible to indicate a cross-referenced file somehow? For example, have a greyed out image/link, like other cross referenced fields? Or perhaps a little arrow next to the image? Thx.

    No, that's not a good idea. And it would be a major implementation nightmare.
