#2 iso-latin1 and linux

I have a bibtex file containing the special Norwegian
characters. The file is encoded in iso-latin1. When
imported in bib-it under Windows, everything seems to
work all right. When loaded into bib-it under linux,
however, all the Norwegian characters are transformed
into question marks in the GUI. When the file is saved,
the characters are still question marks.
