#1 bgp updates are not inserted into mysql after a while

Hi,
I've installed and used this software for the first time.
I've notice the message below when running after some time (probably 8 hors=default mysql timeout):
error while executing 'call wr_vpnv4 (?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?)' : MySQL server has gone away
pthread_mutex_unlock returned 1 Operation not permitted
This means that all updates are not inserted into mysql database. However the deamon never stops.
Is it a way to get around this issue. My intention is to run this software in a continous way.
