I'm currently using bginfo4x and it is a great and usefull tool for It Admins.
I noticed that you guys are hesitating with the development of the application due to the reduced number of weekly downloads. I have the idea that if you facilitate the implementation at the windows server and finish the msi package, downloads will arise more with this breakthrough.
The configuration complexity and difficulty of implementation in workstations and server is to have is a negative factor for most people who want to use the application at the enterprise level.
Give us the tools and we will spread the word.
Thank You

We don't hesitate in the development, but it is a matter of time.
Yes, you are right: The msi package is a must.
The next release will break the configuration in 2-3 files, to simplify a little, and some tunables will disappear.
But, ... in fact you don't need to know what all the tunables do. With 2-3 tunables, you are in production. If you want more, you can learn the other tunables, but it is not necessary.
Thanks for the comments.

Hello,
You can download the new version 3.0.0 as an .msi package.
The configuration files have also been simplified.
Regards.
