API changes coming with .07 release.

significant changes to the evisioner packages are under way. the javadoc linked from the home page shows some of how the APIs are evolving as they move towards the .07 release.

there will be significant backward compatibility; however, there may be issues, especially where the utility packages have been refactored.

\- a much better file explorer repository API demo.  see the JSP.jar file in the release and the screen shots on the home page

\- added/modified/deprecated several repository API related classes/methods to remove bugs

\- added a simple permissioning bridge between the repository API and the security package
