#21 Offline Favourites List when Main Server is Inaccessable

When the main server goes down BF2AL will not login
and hence becomes useless until the server comes
back online.

To provide limited functionality in these instances we
could save the users favourites list to a text file on their
hdd which will be loaded should connection to the main
server be unavailable. This list should be saved on each
time the program exits to ensure it is as up to date as
possible
