Increase PDF image resolution / quality.

Check out the properties of the Maven PDF plug-in. It
looks like it is possible to indicate different sources
where the PDF generator gets the documents from. Maybe
we can indicate a different source with higher-res images.

Also check the structure of the PDF. We will probably
have to create a separate navigation.xml that is
specific to PDF generation.
